Amina Welten Guerra is an international lawyer and a Professor of International Law, both at undergraduate and graduate levels. Amina holds a Doctor and Master cum laude in International Law. Former professor of International Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais in the years of 2023-2025. Advisor to the Brazilian Society of International Law. President of the Internacional Affairs Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/MG) and Secretary-General of the International Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/MG). Amina is also a specialist in Migration under the University of Bologna  As a Lawyer, Amina opened her own law firm in order to provide specialized services in the ever-growing sector of International Law and Migration. With many years of experience working with clients of different nationalities, the firm provides immigration services to Brazil, as well as advice on legal inquiries involving dual citizenship and the private international law sector.
